Privacy Policy

When you sign in with Discord, we store:

• Your Discord user ID, username, and avatar.
• OAuth access and refresh tokens, used to talk to the Discord API on your behalf.
• The Discord server (guild) you connect and its configured roles.
• Roster membership data synced from your server, and match signup statuses you submit.

This data is used to run the service: manage your roster, open match signups, enforce admin permissions, and display availability. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.

Roster Tool integrates with Discord's API, and data is processed through Discord in accordance with Discord's own terms and privacy policy. Roster Tool is hosted on Cloudflare; infrastructure logs may be processed by Cloudflare.

We set a single session cookie so you stay signed in. It holds a random token, not your Discord data.

Data is retained for as long as your clan keeps a roster on Roster Tool. You can ask us to delete your account's data, and you can remove Roster Tool's access anytime via Discord → Authorized Apps. Contact us for data requests.
